  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm may be processed on the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Additional delivery time may apply for remote or rural areas.

5. International Shipping

7. Risk of Loss & Damaged Packages

  • All orders are shipped F.O.B. (Free on Board) from our facility in Toledo, Ohio. This means the risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and contents so we can assist with a claim.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs inspections (for international shipments)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
